I HATE the phone, so I’m not sure voice chat programs are for me.
I kind of like the whole IM thing because I can be thinking and doing other things while “chatting”. I can also backspace..which is a big plus for me! LOL
For me, all my work is type based, so if I have to type – stop typing – type to chat – then i’m unproductive.
